subject to pay review 2010 -2011 As you know, the last couple of years have been tough financially for most businesses and ours is no exception. Despite everyone's hard work, last year was not good in terms of financial performance. Against difficult trading conditions within the industry, I write to you all to advise you that this coming year the company will not be in a position to award a pay increase. As last year we shall continue to review all shops and costs, and by doing so I believe we are taking the necessary steps to guarantee and safeguard jobs.
